Minecraft Central is a Minecraft server network (mccentral.org, mc-central.net) whose official forum hosts announcements, changelogs, staff listings, and community sections. Its confirmed game modes are Prison, Skyblock, Survival, and Gens Tycoon.

Prison runs in numbered seasons, and season 27.0 launched with a reset on 14 August 2026 alongside a Japanese-themed spawn build. That update introduced Token Backpacks, upgradeable storage for Tokens purchasable from the Expedition Shop, and added a bulk-open option for Treasure Pouches using sneak plus right click. It also added Mining Frenzy events in the Abyss Mine that run every 8 hours and convert the mine into Quartz Ore for 5 minutes, extended coinflips to the Essence currency, and raised the Ascension level cap to 150. A new Private Mine upgrade lets players reduce the number of blocks needed to spin the Wheel of Fortune.

Skyblock reset with season 29.0 on 17 July 2026, adding Crystal Spawners as an end-game progression feature and an Auction House history that tracks previously sold items. In August 2026 the network released a limited-time Zeus key across Survival, Skyblock, and Gens Tycoon, offering a Zeus-themed armour set and tools, an Olympus chat tag, charms and runes, plus collectible plushies awarded for every three limited-time keys opened.
