Mc-central.net #467

Minecraft Central is a Minecraft server network accessible at mccentral.org and mc-central.net. Its advertised game modes include Prison, Skyblock, Survival, and Gens Tycoon, and several of them run on a seasonal reset cycle with dedicated changelogs. The network also maintains its own forums, which feature an extensive staff hierarchy (Owner, Administrator, SrMod, Moderator, Helper) alongside specialized sub-teams for applications, quality assurance, mentoring, reviews, media, reports, and community events.

The most recent content updates documented on the site are:

• July 2026: Skyblock 29.0 launched as a new season, adding Crystal Spawners as a long-term end-game progression feature for top islands and introducing Auction House history.
• July 2026: A limited-time Zeus key was released on the Survival, Skyblock, and Gens Tycoon servers, offering Zeus-themed armor and tools, the exclusive Olympus chat tag, charms and runes with bonus tool effects, and collectible plushies granted for every three limited-time keys opened.
• August 2026: Prison 27.0 began a new season with Token Backpacks purchasable from the Expedition Shop, a Mining Frenzy event that transforms the entire Abyss Mine into Quartz Ore for five minutes every eight hours, Essence-based Coinflips, a Private Mine upgrade that reduces the block requirement for the Wheel of Fortune, and bulk opening of Treasure Pouches via sneak and right click.

The Prison 27.0 season also raised the Ascension level cap to 150 and introduced a new Japanese-themed spawn build. Each changelog emphasizes seasonal resets scheduled for a Friday at 3pm MST, alongside backend plugin performance improvements and bug fixes.
